The Fiorenzato Accademia is your traditional espresso and cappuccino machine. This machine has an adjustable rotary vane pump and warranty!

• The electronic touchpad is programmable so that you can program the amount of water you want to be dispensed through each group head. The star button allows you to use the machine as a semi-automatic lever machine. Controls are encased to prevent water damage.
• Electronic dosage of hot water through water wand allows you to preprogram appropriate amount of hot water for your portafilter handle rinsing or hot tea, etc.
• Adjustable rubber feet to maintain proper and level position, stability and grip.
• Hot water economizer minimizes lost steam pressure when delivering water through the water wand - many other makes of commercial espresso machines uses a lot of steam power to force the water out of the water wand.
